HOTEL PICK UP INFORMATION
Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup. The driver will wait for you for up to 30 mins. If you arrive past the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will be considered a “no show.” The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
AIRPORT PICK-UP INFORMATION
• For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 60 minutes, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. If you arrive past the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will be considered a “no-show.” The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
• For passengers arriving at this terminal, please proceed outside of the arrival hall of the Terminal. Our airport representative will be holding a signboard with your name
Note: For airport pick-up, the date selected at checkout should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45 pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)
SURCHARGE
• This service is for hotel drop-off in Legazpi/Daraga city proper and Bicol International Airport only.
• If you selected an incorrect package, price difference will be charged payable directly to the driver.
Note: Roundtrip rates apply for same day return to the airport or hotel. If the return trip is on a different day, there will be a surcharge of P1,000 directly payable to the driver.

Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup. No refunds will be issued for no-shows and latecomers. Re-bookings will be accepted if request is made at least 24 hours prior to the pickup unless it is due to medical emergencies, flight cancellations, flights rescheduling and other fortuitous events, subject to verification.
The booking may be canceled by the operator due to extreme bad weather. In case of cancellation, you will be notified by the operator before the scheduled date. You will be given the option to book an alternative date within 6 months after your original activity date or a full refund.
