ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Children aged 0-5 are free of charge as long as they will not occupy a seat. If the child will require a seat, it will be counted against the 10pax maximum capacity. The tour is wheelchair and stroller friendly.

Personal expenses and costs not found in the inclusions are borne by the client.

 Booking should be made not less than 48 hours prior to the tour. Seat is subject to availability upon confirmation.

NO REFUND for any unutilized service or package inclusions.

NON-Refundable for any cancellation/No show for guest without prior notice

Any cancellation/no show would be subject to charges (85%) for guest with prior notice at least 17 days before arrival date.

NON-Refundable for cancellation of 16 days below and guaranteed booking

Hotel rooms are subject to availability, all rates are subject to change w/o prior notice

Payment for the tours is NON-Refundable if due to weather condition, BUT transferable to other tours or can be REBOOK to other date or future booking

Cancellation charges shall be waived OR reservation dates can be amended within 1 year from original tour dates but subject to rate adjustment, if any, during new tour dates in the event of any the following unavoidable circumstances prior to guest arrival at the hotel. Force majeure (natural calamity) sickness, pregnancy, death in the family, and medical emergency (medical certificate is required as supporting documents) labor dispute and political unrest.

Flight delays require certification from the airline prior to amendment or re-booking and/ or rate adjustment
