• For airport pick up, the date selected at checkout should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)

For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

• The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified
Airport Pick Up Information
• For arrival transfers, the transfer coordinator will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 60 minutes, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. If you arrive past the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will be considered a “no show.” The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
• For passengers arriving at this terminal, please proceed outside of the arrival hall of Terminal. Our
airport representative will be holding a signboard with your name
Seaport Pick Up Information

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup. No refunds will be issued for no-shows and latecomers. Re-bookings will be accepted if request is made at least 48 hours prior to the pickup unless it is due to medical emergencies, flight cancellations, flights
rescheduling and other fortuitous events, subject to verification.
The booking may be canceled by the operator due to extreme bad weather. In case of cancellation, you will be notified by the operator before the scheduled date. You will be given the option to book an alternative date within 6 months after your original activity date or a full refund.
The Paginate must be either "1,true" or "0,false"
